Prevention program is designed to help reduce Michigan’s high recidivism rate and to facilitate tracking and educate communities about social economic engineering which leads to arrested development by providing structured safe environment for the purpose of stabilizing and enhancing individuals quality of life not only for their own sake but also the safety of our neighborhoods.
